I have been working with Urmul Desert Crafts for past 5 years. I managed to complete my graduation in Bachelor of Arts from the remuneration I received by doing the kashida work. Post my graduation I rejoined Urmul Desert Crafts as the QC Head in the Quality Check department. I have been handling the QC team consisting of 5 members for past 2 years. At Urmul Desert Crafts I am also responsible for the management of field work related to distribution of raw materials, colour matching and collection of finished products made by the artisans from the field.
